OCOC goes to Panama!

With students from the Woodrow Wilson High School (DC) serving as Ambassadors, OCOC sends laptops loaded with educational applications and tools in spanish and english! 

OCOC and the Broadband Bridge celebrate a grant from the Internet Society (ISOC) to provide free wireless access, computers and broadband awareness to families in the Bloomingdale neighborhood (DC) and beyond!

A "Child" of all ages!
